3. Definition
Modern slavery includes:
• Human trafficking: Recruitment or transportation of people for exploitation.
• Forced labour: Work performed involuntarily and under threat of penalty.

• Reviewing supplier policies and labour practices.
• Requiring suppliers to sign our Supplier Code of Conduct.
